Sheffield Hallam is a large modern university known for engineering, health, sport, business and computing, with an applied orientation and substantial placement provision. Sheffield is among the most affordable cities in Britain to study in, which over a three-year degree is worth more than most scholarships are. It is a separate institution from the University of Sheffield, and for a Kazakh applicant that university is worth knowing about for one specific reason: it admits holders of the Diploma of Specialised Secondary Education directly to the first year. Almost no British university publishes a route for that vocational qualification. Whether Sheffield Hallam does the same is not published and is worth asking, since a modern university may well be at least as accommodating.
