University of Bath

The University of Bath is a public research university in the west of England, known for engineering, management and its placement-year degrees. Bath publishes accepted qualifications for twelve countries and Kazakhstan is not among them. It is explicit that this is not a refusal: 'we welcome applicants from across the globe, so if your country isn't included on this page, you can still apply for an undergraduate, taught postgraduate or postgraduate research course'. What it does mean is that a Kazakh applicant cannot look up how their certificate will be read, and should ask Bath before building an application around it.
