Tier 2: 3.0 - 3.49 U.S. cGPA equivalent · USD 8,000 (USD 1,000/semester).' Consideration is automatic but gated on an admitted-by date rather than an application deadline: 'You must be admitted to NDSU by July 1 (for August start) or January 1 (for January start). You are automatically considered for this award at the time of admission if you were admitted before the deadlines noted above.' Conditionally admitted students remain eligible, which is rare.
