Sarah Lawrence College

Sarah Lawrence is a liberal arts college in Bronxville, just outside New York City, built around individual conference work with faculty rather than conventional lecture courses. Its aid position for international students is unusually well quantified on its own pages. It offers a combination of merit and need-based scholarships to international citizens, with awards generally ranging from USD 10,000 to USD 25,000 a year, renewed annually on satisfactory academic progress, and states that in any given year between 30 and 50% of its international students are scholarship recipients.
