The University of Toronto is Canada's largest and highest-profile university, and the most applied-to Canadian institution among Kazakh students. Two dates matter and they are not the same. The general OUAC deadline is 15 January 2027 for entry that autumn. But the Faculty of Arts and Science runs an early consideration round closing 7 November 2026, with documents by 2 December — more than two months earlier. An applicant working only from the January date has already missed it. Toronto teaches across three campuses, at St. George downtown, Mississauga and Scarborough. These admit separately, offer different programmes and carry materially different living costs, and which one a programme runs at should be established before applying since it is not interchangeable afterwards. Toronto is among the most expensive Canadian cities, which is the principal constraint on studying here.
