Baruch College

Baruch is a public college of the City University of New York in Manhattan, best known for the Zicklin School of Business, which accounts for roughly three-quarters of its enrolment. It draws students from over 100 countries. Two procedural points distinguish a CUNY application. Supporting documents go to CUNY centrally rather than to the college — Baruch states plainly 'do not send these documents to Baruch College' — and CUNY has extended its test-optional policy through spring 2027, basing admission primarily on grade average, course grades and academic rigour. As a CUNY college, Baruch charges F-1 students the New York State non-resident rate, and CUNY's tuition manual confirms that rate is consistent across all its colleges.
