The University of Tulsa is a private research university in Oklahoma with recognised strength in petroleum engineering, cybersecurity, law and business. Its scholarship structure is published against grade bands, which lets an applicant estimate an award before applying, and every applicant is assessed automatically at the point of admission with no separate form. TU states its merit awards for international undergraduates run from USD 4,000 to USD 15,000 and are valid for four years, with one full-tuition programme — the Presidential Scholarship — requiring a separate application. TU is direct about what it will not accept: a letter from a school confirming English-medium instruction does not satisfy its English requirement, and it says so in its own FAQ. It also participates in the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship, with two awards made annually on a 16 March deadline.
