111 — free, 24 hours
111 is free from every mobile operator in Kazakhstan and answers 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. It covers family matters, children's rights and violence, and offers psychological and legal consultation. You can call it or use text chat if you would rather not speak.

We list one number rather than several. A number that turns out to be wrong, or closed when you need it, is worse than no number at all — so we only publish what we could confirm against an official source.
