Northeast Normal University

Northeast Normal University in Changchun was founded in 1946 and is among China's principal teacher education institutions, directly administered by the Ministry of Education and part of Project 211 and the Double First-Class Initiative. Two things suit a Kazakh applicant. As a normal university its Chinese language teaching provision is substantial, since training teachers of Chinese is its core function.
