Imperial College London is a public research university in central London, concentrated on science, engineering, medicine and business rather than the full range of subjects. Two things it publishes matter to a Kazakh applicant, and both are about absence. Imperial does not list a Kazakh qualification among its accepted qualifications, and it does not publish an institutional overseas fee. Neither is a reason to rule it out. They mean the two questions that decide the application — will my certificate be accepted, and what will the course cost — have to be put to Imperial directly rather than read off a page.
