Agnes Scott College

Agnes Scott is a liberal arts college in Decatur, Georgia, just outside Atlanta. It is a women's college, which is an eligibility gate a Kazakh applicant must establish before investing time, as at Simmons University. Its funding is unusually predictable because it publishes a floor rather than a range. Under the Agnes Scott USD 100K+ Promise, every student admitted for Fall 2026 receives at least a USD 25,000 renewable merit scholarship annually, totalling at least USD 100,000 over four years, with stronger applications considered for USD 26,000-32,000 a year. Awards are set from the weighted grade average on the official secondary transcript at the time of application. Agnes Scott is equally clear about the limit: it does not offer need-based financial assistance to international students, and consequently does not require or accept the CSS Profile or ISAFA.
