Mizzou is Missouri's public land-grant flagship at Columbia, and its international scholarship structure is among the most generous and most clearly published anywhere: an International Honors Scholarship at USD 20,000 a year and an International Merit Scholarship at USD 10,000, both awarded automatically on the admission application with no separate form. Mizzou states: 'Your application will be reviewed holistically... SAT/ACT scores are not required but are preferred.' Three conditions govern. Only students admitted for on-campus study are considered, not online. Fall applicants must be admitted by 1 March, not merely have applied, with offers sent by 1 April. And the awards apply 'only to a non-resident portion of tuition fees', so the in-state portion remains payable in full.
