Payments are processed by PayLink.kz, a Kazakhstan payment service. Your card details are entered on the payment page and never reach Edline.

Questions
- What happens after the 14 days?
- Premium continues at the plan price unless you cancel. We email you three days before the first charge, and cancelling is one click on your plan page.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- Yes. The card is taken at checkout through PayLink and nothing is charged during the trial. Card details never reach Edline.
- What do I keep if I go back to Free?
- Everything. Your saved universities, essays, tasks and documents stay where they are. The cards show less until Premium is on again.
- Can I choose monthly or yearly?
- Yes. Pick the period at checkout. A yearly plan works out cheaper per month.
- Which cards work?
- Visa and Mastercard issued anywhere. Payments are processed in tenge by PayLink.kz.
- Is there a discount for a school or a group?
- Write to us from the contact page. Mentors and parents read alongside a student for free.
